Don't you mean we could be "buried alive in Buffalo"?

Morning Jim. Tell me about it, what a freakin' long week!

I might be at the breaking point with the diesel. Gas is now .92 cents cheaper than diesel. Seriously considering trading off my mid-life crisis vehicle for a 1/2 ton gasser.

I do the oil myself, and it still cost me 80 bucks. In fact, doing that this weekend. Bad thing about these trucks, everything on them is so expensive. Just changed out the ball joints and front axle u-joints. Cost me almost 300 just in parts. ug.

Unfortunately I don't have a shop/garage big enough and call me lazy but I quit changing my own oil a long time ago. I still do some stuff if the weather is right. I found it was within a few $ to have a good shop change the oil in my gasser "fleet" than DIY. I just spent over $400 to get the idler assembly changed on my old diesel because it ate into the mounting bolt that holds it to the front cover. I tried for over three hours to remove it but just didn't have the right tools. The real gripe is that truck is for sale.

Luckily, at the house we moved into a few years ago. I can actually park that big hog in the garage. You know how long the CCLB's are (22 feet), so I lucked out, when I found out the garage in this house was 26 feet deep!

Lucky you.
We will probably downsize in a couple years as we don't need a 4 bedroom any more.
So a shop/garage/barn is on my wish list.

I'm hoping to build a shop someday at the end of our driveway, but we'll see.

Good frigid morning Indiana...

I'm a DIY in the gravel driveway guy. So I have talked with my wife about putting in a nice pole barn out back...someday...

Morning Patrick! I'm hoping to put in a 24x44. I'd like to do the heated floor also.

Morning Alan, good to hear you're feeling better. I'm ready for the weekend, but I'll be spending most of it at my daughters bastketball tournament.
