Hello ,
I just got my Ford F100 into Switzerland. I shipped it out of Baltimore, Maryland to Livorno Italy and drove it up to the Swiss Alps.
We had a few problems on the way, the shippers managed to turn on an auxiliary fan and completely killed the battery. We got a new battery in Italy so we could start driving but it wasn't exactly the same. We managed to make it to our garage in Switzerland. Hopefully we'll get a more compatible battery on Monday. Thank goodness we arrived before the weekend.
Anyway it's been a great adventure getting our pickup which we name Lewis here to Switzerland. My first car was a '78 Ford Bronco. It's nice to be back in an old Ford and I'm happy and proud to bring a little American history back to Europe with me
