Evening All! The doc says everything looks ok, but all the wind was out of my sails by the time I got home. RC stopped by to see my lazy butt asleep on the couch. Great to visit with ya', even if we didn't get anything done. I guess tomorrow is another day.

Good Morning Everybody!

The girls are off from school until Monday, so they get to go over and help bake for tomorrow. My plan is to get to the shop and get after Bandit.

My son's deer jerky turned out a might bit bland. He was hoping it would soak up the smoke.

Evening All!

RC came up and we fiddled with Bandit some. We also rebuilt the front end on a Chevy truck for a guy.

Ok Jeff. Cylinder #5 is the one "knocking". We're thinking you may have a drippy injector. RC thinks the best thing to do would be replace the injectors since the miles are up there. How many miles did you say were on it? I wasn't sure.

Now, ...about the trans...... I can tell you for a cold hard FACT that the problem is NOT the wiring. Everything is hooked up exactly the way it's supposed to be. The only thing that isn't hooked up is the 4x4 indicator, the back up lights, and the overdrive off switch. Everything else is true and correct. That leaves the computer or the trans itself that's bad. With the noises the transmission is making, I'm leaning towards the trans. I'm gonna pull the pan down and see what I can see in there.

Tiff said I had to cook tonight, so I cut one of our deer tenderloins up in to steaks. Some baked taters and peas and we had some good supper.

Happy Thanksgiving everybody! I hope y'all have a safe day, be careful in your travels back n forth.

Rich glad to hear your mom is doing so much better. Glad to know that your healing well Alan, though you still need to watch it a little, and it sounds like your better at that.

Tim and I have been scattering all around the yard, Lowes, n Home Depot getting things ready for our Christmas light show. Our new and first computerized light controller has a dead channel, and it's replacement is a day late due to the holiday, so we may not get to see any lights tonight. Tim's fine with seeing using it the way it is, but I want to see all 16 channel go to work, not 15.

Light wise we're working on hitting the 6k mark, and may do that yet, then call it quits until the big sale those yardapes give after Christmas when we can't play with them for another year. But hey, we've done that before.

Y'all behave, n have a great day.

Unk Bob

Happy Thanksgiving to you all, and especially to those that have stood a post far from home one time or another on a holiday far from home.

Alan, I forget right now if the motor had 118k miles or 188 k miles. Ill have to go search.

The tranny was supposedly rebuilt and had less than 10k when I bought it.

The computer has a warranty lol.

Have a great day ya'll!
