Good evening all! Hope you all are staying warm. Hope this weekend is going to stay as warm as they are saying. I'd like to get some truck work done.

Good Morning Everybody!

Warm is good. I have more body work to do. Also a heater core and some other stuff.

Right now I'm just drinking my first cup of coffee wondering what adventures the day will bring.

Rich, hope your mom is ok. Sorry I missed that earlier.

If your truck calls for platinum plugs and I went with the copper core for the s10...should I expect less performance, mileage etc?

This warmer weekend should be awesome!

In your 4.3L? I don't think you'll notice much of a difference. If you had a newer truck, it certainly DOES make a difference. If you even put platinum plugs where iridium plugs came out, it may not even start!

I got the hinges finished and the door partially mounted on the C-cab. It looks pretty cool. The hinges turned out a little bigger than I wanted, but they still look ok.

Rich. I hope she gets better soon. It sounds like she's in the right place.

I got Tiff's oil changed in her Acura. Then went and picked up another car that needed some love. It's a Saab 9 3. It was punched in the back and it caved the quarter panel in 6". it also mangled the bumper cover. The problem was he couldn't find a bumper cover, so I had to fix the disaster that on the car. The quarter panel is fixed, primed, masked off and ready for paint. The bumper cover is straightened out and the tears are fixed. The last skim coat of mud is drying and it'll be ready for color by tomorrow at lunch time.

I got some aggravating news from the bank today, so I had to kick it in to overdrive to get some of these jobs out. I should be able to deliver both paint jobs and a heater core this week. I may not do much this weekend. I think I'm gonna need a break. I also have a hinged door on the C-cab. I'm pretty proud of how it turned out. I'll try to remember the camera tomorrow.

Rich, we hope your mom improves, that's a hell of a thing to go through.
Taking Shari to her eye doctor appointment this morning and some errands. Gotta get Rocky a doggy bed, he's sleeping on my clothes, and we're sure it's due to the cool hardwood floors in this house.
Weather is warming up after a cool few day's so we'll get some more of our Christmas light display figured out and in the yard. We snagged a few box's (ok 7) of lights yesterday, taking us to around the 5000 mark, after we get to 10,000 then it may get carried away.

Good Morning Everybody!

Geez, Bob. I wouldn't want your electric bill next month.

I have a guy stopping by this morning to look at his blower motor. It only works if you slam the door.

After that, I need to finish the Saab and color sand and buff the G6.

We've gone to LED's over the last few years, doesn't hurt too bad at all.
Time to start some errands.
Y'all behave

Well mom is well enough to be moved to "health and rehab center", so almost back up to KC today.
