Are there straps on the in-cab fuel tank?

Dunno if I they are there or not, can't see in the pic but there should be either heavy rubber blocks or heavy canvas straps between the tank and the metal straps.
I've seen em' both ways from the factory. I guess they are put there to prevent metal straps from eventually rubbing thru & or sound issues.

Also,
I believe there are two insulator strips used between the tank and the back wall of the cab, for noise suppression and for wear. I don't have my tank out, so I can't see them, but I think these, and probably the strips under those metal retaining straps, might be of a felt like material. It's been a while since I have seen that part of my truck, sorry. Someone will be along soon to verify or dispell my info.
