How do you check injectors, I pulled the connectors off the drivers side, two of them made no difference, couldn't get to the pass side, also when I remove a vacuum hose engine idles up, when it put it gear it starts surging...any ideas
Thanks

If you did have one BAD fuel injector in the whole bunch... you would get a drastically different Ohms value in one of them. For example.. if 5 of the 6 measured 11.5 to 11.9 Ohms and the sixth one measured 4 Ohms. Well, the one measuring the 4 Ohms is the one that's fried.

You will need to Remove the Plenum to Access the Passenger side, or if you have small fingers, then best of luck, its tight.

heres a video i found on youtube,

Thanks for the info Puddy, another question, the motor is a 89 HO 302, I remember the firing order was different from the original motor, do you think the computer is compatible, any mods to make this thing come alive?

The HO has the same firing order a a 5.8.
Just swap the spark plug wires accordingly and you'll be fine.
