check the door sticker and match up with the diff decal if you can find it. If they don't match you can always resort to the rotating the tires while on a lift and see how much the drive shaft turns...this can be a bit challenging though. The rpm's at 65 is also a good indication as to the rearend as a previous post had stated.
With the rear off the ground, when I spin one side by hand the other side spins in the other direction, but if I jack up one side with the other on the ground I can not spin the wheel, does that mean Limited slip?

No. As Mad pointed out, no L on the tag means an open diff.
