got the dodge gone from the backyard.
cab was delivered
and then cut frame behind the front cab mounts and sat the motor assembly on a skid and tarped it
got the rest of the dodge scrap loaded up. am officially broke even on the truck and get to keep the motor for free, still have a few good things to sell from the truck aswell
also i think plans may have changed on the axles.
i bought a 97 f350 crew cab 4x4 last week for 500 bucks from a friends family friend
the truck has 4.10 gears, which i need in my 97 f350,
so i am thinking since i know my 3.55 geared one ton axles are good out of my truck and if everything checks out with the axles from the truck i just bought,
the 4.10 set will go in my 97, and my 97s original 3.55 set will go in the bronco, and i will sell the king pin one tons
also came across a couple good finds at the junkyard about a month ago
perfect grey 40 20 40 seats from a 96 f150 extended cab, a 40/20/40 seat pan and sliders out of a regular cab, and a factory tach cluster for the bronco for 80 bucks!
now the dodge is gone, the backyard is back to normal,
other than my 97 needing front brakes
anyways here are some pics

The 7.3 changed mid year in 1994. After 1994.5 they released the 7.3 powerstroke (T444E) this is electronically controlled. Before 1994.5 was the 7.3IDI which was based off the 6.9 IDI. The 7.3 IDI came as both turbo and non turbo. The IDIs are totally mechanical, so they are much easier to swap. The powerstroke and IDI 7.3 share nothing. They are completely different engines. Sorry for the thread hijack. It's looking great!

nothing much, been keeping my butt inside with the freezing weather, not to mention how busy i am with school and work. major progress wont start till spring.
i sold the 9 inch out of the bronco, and the eddie bauer seats. still have powertrain to get rid of out of that. but ive made 50 bucks off the bronco so far, and 150 off the dodge. im in the project for negative.
i also sold the king pin one tons and am using the ones out of my 97. overall ive done well so far money wise. everything has been free

seats plans changed. grey seats are going in the 84, already removed all the supercab hinges and brackets, cleaned them, switched bottom foams side to side. and installed reg cab sliders hinges and brackets to go in the 84
Becuse i just bought some lightning obs 40 20 40 seats!
seats are literally perfect. i will still shampoo them. came out of a 40k mile lightning. guy has been building it for 14 years. seats were wrapped in plastic and in storage for that long.
plastics are perfect, console is perfect no rips burns or stains at all anywhere. im so happy with these and think they will look awesome inside this thing. interior will be black or gray.
the lightnng seats are getting all th supercab/bronco hinges, sliders, and brackets so they mount and function like they should and allow access t rear seat.
have some questions on the harness though brad if you could shed some light or explain how you have wired yours in past. it has two pig tails under the seat(not including the one that plugs into the harness that clips into the 40 20 40 seat pan) one is blue one is black.
anyways here are some pics.. already started taking them apart for cleaning and switching out of hinges and brackets and sliders.
and a picture of the supercab hinges to explain why i need them, they have an extra arm that connects a rod from the sliders to allow for rear acces when seat folds forward, it pulls the rod and releases the slider to slide seat way forward.
the supercab brackets and hinges and sliders im using on the lightning seats:
now the lightning seats!
and the wiring im asking about:
