OK, I've replaced the fuel pump. And I dropped the exhaust to confirm my cat wasn't clogged and that my neighbors still hate me. Still misses/bogs.
It's different than before, when my injectors were bad. Then, the truck would actually accelerate kinda smoothly until it got to 40-50mph, then buck and stumble until I got over 60mph, when it would smooth out almost like nothing was wrong.
Now, it's like a constant miss robbing it of power at any acceleration or speed, again, until I get up to freeway speed. If it's still injector related, it might just be the difference between one being out now versus two then.
So, I crawled underneath with my laser thermometer to measure the exhaust ports. Not sure what, if anything, it means, but all the passenger-side cylinders were just not as hot as the driver's side. 190-230 on passenger side, 250ish across the driver's side. This while the EOT and ECT were around 180-185.
I was looking for one or two cylinders to be noticably lower, but didn't really notice that. Does anyone know what kinda temps to expect from cylinder with a dead injector, or the delta between it and a good cyliinder?

Not sure if the exhaust port temp on a diesel will give
you the same indications as you would get on a gas engine
when at an idle. I know that even with gas you need to put
it under some load to really show up a slow cylinder vs a
totally dead one that will show up cold. If you had a 8 lead
temp probe and could get some readings while driving.

Yeah, that's tomorrow's assignment. The last guy I paid only had the ability to do a "power balance." I'd like a relative compression check as well and to be able to turn off the injectors one at a time to identify which one's dead.

and you look at how much the cylinder holds.
It can be very useful in pinpointing just where a
problem is. You apply the air when you at top-dead-center
If you hear air leaking out the intake then you look at intake
valves. If it comes out the exhaust or the crankcase then you
look at things like rings/walls or a piston.
About 10:00 into the video is where you want to start watching.

Well, I pulled wires off the injectors one at a time to see which ones were firing, and they all seem to be working. Had a guy do a power balance test and turn off injectors one at a time with his scanner with the same results. He did something with the IPR, I think he was disabling it or changing the IP ratio, and came to the conclusion that it wasn't getting enough fuel pressure. Runs pretty good at idle, revs up nicely with just the slightest miss when you first hit the pedal, but put load on it and it stumbles badly.
I have a new fuel pump and blue spring upgrade, new filters. I don't think pressure is going to be the problem. But, I'm going to get some teflon tape to see if I can get the lame-*** fuel regulator adapter I bought to not leak so that I can get an accurate fuel pressure test.
When that's not it, any other fuel-related fixes y'all might recommend? I'm going to go read up on the IPR, IPC and any other acronym I can find.

BTW, I know I need to do a compression test. It's just such a PITA, and I just know that I'll break the GP harnesses, I'm such a klutz. Thought I'd try to rule out any thing else, and hope to find someone with a scanner that can do relative compression tests. All three Ford dealers I called couldn't look at my truck until next week.
