Cab swap question

Cab swap question
Hey all, I am almost done with my cab swap, I went from a 2x4 man. trans to a 4x4 auto. I have swapped out the steering column and all the under hood wiring. So far everything seems to work except the starting function of the ignition switch. The wiring on the frame has been unmolested from the automatic 4x4 frame.
I figure it must be a clutch safety, or neutral safety switch problem, but I didn't see anything inside the cab for the clutch or neutral switch.
I'm wondering if anyone here has done this, and if they had, what ended up being the fix? If all else fails, I will just use a push button switch.
Thanks for any help, Dan.

Both trucks were 1995 F-350 duallys, both had 7.3 diesels, one was a 2x4 manual trans, and the other was a 4x4 auto. The 2x4 cab had no A.C. and the 4x4 cab had A.C. I took the 2 wheel drive manual transmission cab off its frame along with the engine.
I then put the cab and engine in the 4x4 frame (the 4x4 cab was rusted beyond repair, and the 4x4s engine was bad.)
I left the 4x4 frame wiring intact with the automatic E4OD trans frame. It will now be a 7.3 - E4OD 4x4. I swapped the under hood wiring from the 4x4 cab into the 2x4 cab. The 2x4 cab still has the 2x4 wiring inside the cab.
I ended up using a 92 or 93 steering column after some wire harness replacement. I didn't add the brake lock form the 95 auto column to the older column, that shouldn't matter though.
I haven't tried starting the engine yet.

Bashby had the answer, thank you!! It was about 3 or 4 weeks ago that I removed the MT cab, I didn't remember any wires on the clutch master cyl..
ECM got swapped with the under hood wiring harness. I have a new shifter cable ordered, should be here Monday, so I haven't tightened up the steering column yet. I plugged in the trans shifter to a plug from the 2x4 in cab harness, the O.D. off light doesn't light up when I push the button, I will have to wait until it runs and drives before I can tell if that works or not.
I have lots of work to do yet, Thanks everyone for your help.
