swap question

Hello all, I am working 1985 f250 4x4 and the front (lite) dana 44 ttb and it's in bad shape. Wont hold oil for more then a few hours and vibrates heavy at speeds above 55 mph. Not to mention the gear ratio is a 3.54 and i would rather run a 4.10.
Now I come to my swap question.
Will a dana 50 ttb bolt up to the leafspring purches and stearing links on my 85?

Yes, the dana 50 is a bolt-in. You have to use the whole complete axle though, no swapping individual components.

I guess you know if you change the front ratio you will have to change the rear also.

Thank Dave for the info. Yes i knew that the rear would have to be changed. I figured i could still drive it in 2 wheel when i need to use it. Until i got the rear end switched.
