Thanks but it was my boss that just got promoted. The part that sucks is now we are the same rank. I just got to deal with it. I think he has been in for about half the time I have but Recruiting promotes real fast.

Just to clarify I am a new recruiter and he has been doing it for over a year now so I am learning the tricks of the trade from him.

I'll admit, the Marine advertising absolutely kills ours. I see lots of folks walk by my office to the Marine recruiters because of that. Of course once I tell them how we can guarantee their MOS before they ever set foot at MEPS we tend to reel them in.

My recruiter basically told me I'd be a "self-propelled sandbag" He didn't lie about that part at least!
