I'm having the same issue. If I use Wi-Fi for my laptop it's not letting me vote. I'm not sure why, but I tried it at work as well and it gave me the same message that I already voted, with a completely different computer. I heard it worked of the IP address. I've lost a few votes because of it. I do know you can vote once per day. I also contacted the folks at the the contest and the contest ends on October 31st and midnight!!! Once again, I can't express my gratitude to everyone in here for putting in the position I'm in this contest. This has truly been fun and I thank everyone for your time and help in getting me where I'm at.

I just voted from my laptop. Then I voted from my phone on the wifi. It let me vote today. Then I turned the wifi back on the phone and voted and it told me it had already counted my vote. This is how I think it should work. I don't know why it didn't work the other day.

 

We have two internet links here. I voted on my laptop from my home broadband. Then I voted on my phone from the business DSL, then again on my phone from 4G.

Typical small town election. Vote early, and vote often.

 

According to official rules, the contest ends October 31st at Midnight. I guess that is when the goblins and witchs come out
