1964 F700 Dual Circuit Brake Upgrade

A few years ago the fire department that I am on retired their first "new" fire truck, a 1964 F700 with a front mount pump. (Photos in my profile) Part of the reason it was retired was the fact that people were not comfortable driving an old truck with a single circuit brake system given that the brakes have gone out several times in the last 15 years. I purchased the truck and a few weeks ago the brakes went out on me when one of the lines blew out. Now people who have ridden with me know why I always tested the emergency/parking brake every time I would drive the truck. While I am somewhat comfortable working on cars, I was not comfortable enough to work on the brakes on this truck. The mechanic that I had fix the line broke the cap on the master cylinder getting it off and now can not get the system bled. Given that the truck is now stuck in my driveway and my plan has always been to upgrade to dual circuit brakes "someday" I guess someday has arrived.

The Warranty number on the truck is F70MU480413
The rest of the information on the plate is:
WB 174
Color J
Model F700
Body 081AL
Trans 75
Axle E
MAX GVW 22000
Cert Net HP 160
RPM 3800
D.S.O. 43
WB 174
How do I go about finding a dual circuit master brake cylinder that will fit in the truck, operate correctly, and provide appropriate braking.
I am also curious what color J was and what the body, trans, axle and DSO codes signify.
Thank you in advance for any help that you can give me.
Wayne
