My sister came over tonight and gave me this"

She found it at Hobby Lobby but said it was on clearance and didn't see another one there. She got it for $20, she thinks it was originally around $40.

No, it was a close out so it must have gotten a little shelf wear.

The I6 has small oil passages. all the bearings, especially the cam bearings need to be pulled, the block boiled out and the oil passages rodded. The lifters replaced and the push rods boiled or replaced.

I love it. I have a die cast of a '56 True Value truck
that is red also with the True Value graphics.
It would make a sweet lamp I think.

"It's a major award" "You used all the glue on purpose"

Bob, make sure you leave that parked in the middle of the table so it doesnt accidently crash over the side.

For giggles and laughs, I followed the wife into the Maryville, TN H. L. store this morning and looked around for such lamp. Nothing to be seen.

I love going to Hobby Lobby with the wife.
When we walk by the display of all the roosters I love to proclaim in a loud voice..."Honey, take a look at that. That is a MAGNIFICENT ****!!"

Yea, the wife knows that I'm only 13

I saw that lamp at our Hobby Lobby awhile back, it was close to $50 and I'm a tightwad so I didn't buy it.

Women! They always take everything the wrong way. We were once in the door hardware section of a hardware store and I saw some ornate door hardware and I also proclaimed in a rather voice, "NICE KNOCKERS!!", I got hit.

My sister said it was on close out for $20. The only one left.

LOL...don't let them fool you, they can't be too smart....they said yes. I have to remind my ol' lady about her decision making skills every once in awhile when she starts getting uppity.

I'd have paid $20.

Bobby
