engine code

engine code 327, replaced egr and egr sensor, still getting check engine light. any ideas?

If the evp sensor is below minimum voltage, you may have a wiring problem. Even with the egr closed, the evp will still output some voltage, probably around 1.0 volt. Did you remember to plug it in?

Very carefully check the voltages at the connector. DO NOT SHORT THE METER LEADS TOGETHER, EVEN MOMENTARILY. Have someone hold the connector steady, if you have to.

or/w 5.0v
br/lg signal
bk/w 0v ref (near ground)

Signal voltage will be read between 0v ref and signal leads.
