My 13 has two ports for USB. I think you have to have the my touch to get the USB's?

They have them in the small compartment on top of the dash but nothing in the main center console which is where 99.9% of the people will plug their phones in to charge. GM's have 2 in the main dash that are easy access, 2 more inside the center console and 2 on the back of the console for use by people in the rear seat.

I took one look at the huge rectangular DEF tank hanging below the passenger door of a GMC then just turned and walked away.

The USB's are in the dash tray compartment by the windshield. At least they are on my KR. It has that pop up cover. FYI.

Yeah, it has USB ports but the doggoned things will not allow you to plug in a phone charger cord to them - they seem to only us used for allowing music from your phone or thumb drive to be played... Unless I am missing something in the setup of those ports... Our phones are pretty generic iPhone 4S and should be supported by doggoned near anything out there...
The Bluetooth setup was flawless and the sounds quality is great!

Ah, an advantage of cheap *** tracfones. Plug into the 12v outlets to charge. Other than price, about the only advantage. LOL

I have a USB port in the center stack, it'll charge a phone. Pretty low current output though so it's not fast.

I like the GM & Ford trucks. None of the manufacturers release new tech platforms as the same time so one or the other will be out of sync which makes year vs year comparisons harder. This is the only Ford diesel I've had but we've had a few DMax's, all higher mileage. Only issues with the Allison was with higher power tunes causing slipping in upper gears. Can't say that I'm overwhelmed with the Ford trans or engine either though.

I was not expecting that at the end. Ouch.

Apparently the DEF fill is passenger side under the hood. This seems like it would complicate using DEF pumps after getting fuel.

It would be nice if the OP posted a link to the actual numbers.

Well, to make a long story short, the engine was fine, but the transmission, transfer case, HPFP had the thing in the shop for about 3 months for the year that I had the thing. Mr Goodwrench was absolutely asleep, and getting parts was impossible. For those that don't ever need service, the GM may be fine, but for me, never again!
Several Ford trucks ago, I got that great GM feeling. My truck loved the dealership. Needed service all the time. My Ford trucks like to visit just for a little maintenance but they all seems to enjoy my garage more than the dealer's garage.
