I have a 97 7.3 powerstroke automatic 2wd f250. Recently towed my 7,000 lb camper. This truck was weak. It shouldn't be that way. Powerstroke should haul that campers *** down the road with no problem. By the way, this only has 153,000 miles on it. Any suggestions as to what is going on with it?
according to the manual, that truck is rated for 14k. it wont be fast but it'll do it. did it slow down alot on hills or did it just feel sluggish? and can you compare it to another time you towed 7k+?
