I have a cool looking after market grille (inserts) for a 70 f100 and I own a 68 f100. I'd really like to put it on my 68. I've heard it is possible and heard it's not but without those people having proof..
Can someone please help me?

It can be swapped from the 68 grille to a 70 style. You will need the 70-72 grille shell and lower valence and turn signals.

Take pics and post them when you get the aftermarket grille inserts on it. I been wanting to do something to my grille to be different.

 

What kind of shape is your '68 grill in? I have a '72 grill on my '68 and would like to go back to original. PM me if you might consider a trade.

 

For a heads up.
The 1970 grille shell is a one yr only for the grille inserts, Where as the 71 & 72 grille insert will not bolt in to the 70 grille shell.

The 71& 72 grille shells are the same and inserts will interchange only these two yrs
