No prob Glenn... I'll trade you a thanks for some advise?
Can you tell me if the two motorcraft green coolants are the same seen here:Motorcraft® Engine Cooling System Products and Engine Coolants ? The Official Ford Parts Site | FordParts.com
1 being concentrate and the other being 50/50?
I need to top off my degas bottle and honestly I hate the coolant topic....

They look the same and the part numbers are the same, just one is 50/50 and the other is not. This is what I use:

^^^^^ That's an old bottle/label. FleetCharge now comes in a silver bottle with a pink top. And the labels for the full concentrate and "pre-diluted" are VERY similar, so know what you're ordering/buying. This one is the full concentrate:

The one good thing I'll say for the Motorcraft anti-freeze (saw this on another link) is that it has a bittering agent in it. This has been required in most European countries for a long time. It makes the coolant bitter, rather than sweet, so after a collision/spill, animals are less likely to drink it and die from it. Adds about $0.03 per gallon to the cost of the anti-freeze, and the industry here has been fighting putting it in all their products.

Good to know. Correct me if I'm wrong tho, I don't want to add fleet charge to the already existing motorcraft green coolant, right?

It's fine; it's the same stuff. Plain ethylene glycol + SCA + bittering. Just happens to be dyed pink instead of green, so the mix will end up looking a little icky.

(I read the MSDS on the Fleet Charge and it also has the bittering agent.)

I think I'll go with the Motorcraft PS pump at O'Reilly's that Mike mentioned. I don't think its necessary to spend a lot of money when I'm only turning smaller tires on my dually then larger tires that guys need upgraded pumps for.

As far as my ac clutch, to get Motorcraft parts would be 2 1/2 times what this is:
Ford 7.3L Powerstroke AC Air Conditioning Clutch 22-10524

Any opinions??

That's what I thought, thanks Aaron! I will probably order it today, I'll also order the PS pump and do both at the same time. I went to move the truck in my driveway and it started smoking! I'm lucky to have gotten it home.

haha ya we are! I found a little time today and took off the ac hub. The bearings on the pulley are exposed, dry and only half of them are there. Its a wonder that thing didn't freeze up. With only half the bearings in there, you would think it would have wobbled. Couldn't find my snap ring tool, tomorrow I'll try to take a picture.

Thanks for posting this. I was at tsc the other week and was gonna get some more just to stock up. I seen this jug and was not sure if it was the same stuff. Glenn good luck with the ac and power steering pump. Those are the only two things I have not changed on the front of my motor yet.
