haha Gabe, I do have a 'small' list of stuff for getting done this winter!
Anybody have a 'how it' on the ac clutch? Also, is this a dealer only part?

It is easy Glenn.just the 8mm center bolt to remove the hub, there can be a spacer used to adj air gap, then a snap ring for the coil . I would pull it apart and make sure the snout the coil resides on is not damaged.that will determine if you need a complete unit.
I'm pretty sure ford used to at least sell clutch seperately.also aftermarket I would think can get too.

I have one here that has the clutch and coil off if you would like a pic of it apart.

That would be great Aaron, thanks! I'm assuming to get the 8mm nut off, you have to hold that ring behind it somehow?

They generally aren't too tight.I use my little air ratchet or electric impact.its like a 6mm diameter bolt.
I'll go snap a pic and be right back.

ok, that is with the front hub off already.I used it for a limmo ac reapir lol
that is the retainer bolt, the washer is a spacer that can go behind the front hub to change the air gap between front hub and the pulley assy.

pulley and bearing, held on with a snap ring.
the surface where the bearing goes if the bearing locked up will be damaged.that will require a compressor to be replaced.
the coil there is just knocked onto a surface. I use a small dead blow mallet and it goes right on.
