Right on Woody, I prefer taking stuff apart to putting it back together.
My 7.3 will have to be back together by Sunday afternoon or I'll become a squatter.
I have a set set of uppies and I'm trying to mash the button on a couple more toys.
Who thinks that Doug needs a Hydra and one of Clay's new wheels????
More important for these things is the sausage. I can do a round of breakfast tacos. OOOh perhaps Chris has another Redfish. Help me remember, was it Gus and wife that did the bacon wrapped shrimp? I'll do up a pot of beans so we can recreate that campfire scene from "Blazing Saddles".
From the radar view looks like the Ted Ranch is getting wet again today and chances are good for the rest of the week.
I have high hopes that we can do another STTD, Hell I'll bring some beer.
Cheers

I just talked to Ted, and he says the weekend of the 30th is a go! The question we both had, is there anyone who has a long list of things to do? In the past we would do fri-sunday. Is there anyone interested in staying that long? Neither one of us has that much to do and was thinking maybe just Saturday this time. Comments?

I may be big list with uppies and a turbo stuff and a HPoilxover
I don't plan to bring the travel trailer so 1 night under the stars or hunkered down in the cab is enough.
I will bring my coleman stove and a cast iron skillet and stuff so we don't starve.
Oh ya, the guys at East Coast Diesel
Power Hungry Performance, 7.3L Powerstroke Performance
are sending me the hydra, 25 of msrp, free shipping, hope it works.
From mundane to kinda cool in a weekend?

I talked it over with Ted and he's ok with either way. I was thinking this get together might not be that big. If it doesn't look like we're going to have a large turnout, then I'm open to having it at my shop if the majority is okay with that? So here's the choice.
Ted's in Hallettsville
Pros;
1)Has much better parking for large crowds and vehicles
2)Has a bathroom
3)you can barely see his neighbors. So we can get loud if we want
4)has access to electricity
5)Family friendly
Cons;
1)no cover and you're working on your vehicle in a pasture
Woody's in Bastrop
Pros;
1)It's a working salvage yard with 220amp and air compressor
2) 7500lbs four post lift
3) 1 spot inside shop(reserved for Doug)
4) concrete slab for 2-3 trucks
5) gravel parking lot for maybe 10 trucks at most
6) It's out in the country too. You can get loud but not as much as Ted's
Cons;
1)No bathroom. For men who only have to pee, there's a few trees
2)I prefer no one under 13. It's a working salvage yard with cars on blocks
3)I can fit 1 or 2 RVs at best
4)Besides the gravel driveway and parking lot, it's sand. A 2wd diesel will get stuck!
You're not going to hurt Ted or my feelings. Ted's or my place?
