2006 5.4L 3v problems
I am working on a 2006 F-150 wtih 5.4L 3v engine for a customer. I rebuilt the transmission for him, which is working great now. I drove the truck for 2 days after the rebuild to make sure everything was working. It sat for 2 days, then I started it to move it this morning. After starting the engine made a very loud clatter noise, started running rough, started stalling and finally died, cranks by no start. code p0301 is stored for cylinder #1 misfire. It sounds very much like it jumped time.
would cam phazers cause this? if so, how do I test them?

Forgot I made 2 posts about this...
Anyway, I found the problem. 2 rocker arms broke, it ate a lifter and dropped a #1 intake valve.
