5.0 problems

I apologize in advance if this is long winded haha. About 2 days ago I was hauling a trailer full of 4 wheelers up a mountain I was running low on fuel and all of the sudden The motor was gradually losing power, spitting and sputtering I switched tanks and barely made it up. Luckey for me there was a gas station on the other side so I coasted down filled up with fuel and ever since then it does not want to run correctly. you have to feather the gas to get it started and it has an extremely rough idle. I can cruise perfectly fine but during acceleration it hesitates and sputters. right after it happened I got a flashing check engine light after clearing the computer and checking everything after I for a check engine again. I got it scan and it showed crank position sensor (replaced) and lean fuel on banks 1 & 2. I replaced the fuel filter, checked for spark, checked for vaccum leaks, cleaned the egr valve, cleaned the MAF sensor. I started pulling plugs and found that cylinder 6 spark plug is black while the rest are clean, Possible misfire? Can anyone point me in the right direction as to where to go next? I was thinking fuel pressure test at the strator valve. But any insight is appreciated , thank you

I'm guessing its fuel related,
How's the sending unit?
And aren't there 2 fuel filters?

There is a strainer for each fuel pump inside the tank and one injector fuel filter located on the frame.

Sounds like maybe a bad TPS.
