Even though it's 11 years old nothing made since compares to the Excursion. I test drove Expeditions, Escalades, Suburbans, Yukon and even an Armada over the past few months - all pale in comparison to the beast...

 

dont care for expeditions they just like a wimpy f150. if they had excursion diesels again they would sell like hotcakes around these parts.

 

I love driving around and seeing all the full size GM trucks/suvs with the single DRL - an issue GM has had since 2002 and STILL hasn't fixed.

My wife would take an X if it weren't for the gas mileage. She's had nothing but GMs (blazer, tahoe, suburban and now Outlook) for the past few cars and they have been nothing but *****. Just the amount of recalls that her Outlook has had has been ridiculous. Then there was the time about 3 weeks after we bought it and we're on I5 in LA and the rear driveshaft falls off. GM makes pretty looking trucks and that's where it stops.

 

what is a outlook? isnt that from microsoft?

There are a ton of Excursions on the road in the Pacific NW! They are the perfect vehicle up there...space is not much of a concern...unless parking in Seattle. Your wife is offering you an out! Jump on it baby!!!!
