88 Lariat - 5500 miles - $21K

Started looking for a pickup in this age group for a daily driver. Ran across this add. Not for me (I want to spend about $5K), but is nearby and the pictures are impressive.

My question is why has their been a lien/loan on the truck since 1988. Something sounds fishy about that truck.

That thing better be VIN # ONE to be worth $21K! There was one in West Plains MO almost identical to that for sale for a crazy amount. Wonder if it's the same one?
