1997 F350 &.3L Diesel startup idle issue

So i rebuild the underneath of the truck (new trans, clutch, fly wheel, driveshaft, ujoints, rebuilt axles, leaf spring bushings, ball joints) the whole spiel. Now sense I've done that the truck starts up normal but has rough idle until i rev it at 2000 rpms or start driving and it goes away. I noticed that the bolt holding the wiring to the pcm is loose, could it be from that or from clogged fuel lines? bad sending unit? bad fuel pump?

A Dual mass Flywheel(stock) will dampen the pulses from a diesel engine. By putting in a SOLID flywheel, you now feel the pulses. Just get used to it
