Tire size help

I have a 1997 f250 hd. The older looking style. Need new tires. It is a plow truck so the tires on it now are 235/85/r16. Found a deal on 2004 f250 rims and tires 265/65/r16. Will they fit on my truck? Will the lug pattern line up? Thank in advance

It's crazy how cheap a set of take-off wheels (near new tires and rims) are for the 8x170 bolt pattern.
