2008 Ford F250 Super Duty Lariat V10 PERFECT CARFAX, LIFETIME WARRANTY (price is up there)
Tough search indeed and I need to go back to work. There are soooo many beautiful 06-07's in your price range.....
FYI the 06-early 08(newer style) V10's had some spark plug issues.......

Thanks for the replies guys and your efforts on the searches. Most of those trucks I've found. I don't want a long bed and 4x4 is a must. It doesn't have to be a Lariat but would like an XLT. I realize I'm being very picky with my search but I don't want to "settle" on something and be unhappy with it.
I thought the spark plug issues stopped with the 03 or 04 trucks?

I may be listing my baby soon. I am in need of a 1ton Van and really don't need both trucks. I have an 08 F350 SRW CC SB 4X4 KR V10 4:30 gear ratio Truck is in Great condition. Bilstein leveling kit, Rockstar Wheels 35/12.50/20 Toyo M/T's, bed liner & Tool Box, front and rear strobes. As of 80,000 miles I went thru the entire truck. New Plugs they are the one piece with the brown boots. All fluids to include both diff, tranny & filter, transfer, Anti-freeze, inline fuel filter, new severe duty brakes and calipers, I also replaced the front brake lines as well.
Of course I am diligent about doing oil changes every 5000 miles and air filter every 12,000. I have a Fomoto Valve on my oil pan which makes changing oil a breeze with No mess, it has a nipple on it to push a hose on and drain right back into my used oil containers. Truck also has a custom Billet Grill and awesome stereo system. I would not sell her for less than $28,000 Truck now has 82,000 miles and it has been the best truck I ever owned, and I have had many, mostly Diesels.

Different issue. The 3V (05+) plugs get stuck in the head and break off. I guess you can look at the coils and if they are brown (08+) they are the fixed style and if black they are the ones that get potentially stuck in the head. Mine are the black ones. Not looking forward to it and will likely just save a pile of money and pay someone else. Not because I can't do it but that I don't want to. But finding the competent mechanic I think will be my issue dealer or independent.

It's really not that big a deal, just have to shoot some break cleaner in there an hour before you are ready to pull them. Work them in and out slowly until they come free. Me and my buddy did his 2 piece plugs & he had 70,000 on them, we didn't break any and were done in a few hours start to finish.

Here's my default search
f250|f350 4x4|4wd v10 2005|2006|2007|2008|2009 -dodge
"|" is an "or"
- doesn't include any ads with that word.... seems like dodge owners like to throw in lots of keywords so I just filter those out.
I'll be in the market once I sell my crop of trucks. I've got a 03 v10 4x4 excursion I was planning to drive into the ground but my dad passed so I now have a 94 cummings with 103k that is a regular cab dually I'll be picking up after Thanksgiving. It is in perfect condition so I would just drive it forever but the regular cab is a nogo. Once I get mom taken care of I'll start the sell/buy cycle but just wanting to know what to expect.
Good luck on the search.

2005 Ford F250 SD XLT V10 6-speed Manual with custom bumper
Kinda like this? And with a 6 speed no less.

I'm using searchtempest for craigslist. It will do the entire country based on distance from a point. I'm starting a search for about the same thing but with a long bed and prefer a supercab over the crewcab but finding that in a v10 in a 2005+ is tough.... which I take as a good thing since people are wanting to hold on to them.
