I finally got it downloaded to my laptop at home this weekend. If I get some spare time, I want to create a Table of Contents in the document with clickable links so you can shoot right to the page you want instead of having to scroll through the doc to get there.

 

While you're in there, why don't you delete that reference to spark plugs.
