Fuel Injector does not look right
#16
Can't tell from the photo. But how much of the injector tip is left?
The used one I have sitting here without the copper washer is 16.5mm
I am not sure what year that is from. It's an oid core.
M-chan is right that it's time for a borescope. Your going to need one with
a camera that will fit into the injector hole is 7.1mm or the glow plug at 8.1mm.
Even my new to me Snap-On BK6000 is 8.65mm. So it won't even fit.
But I did take the measurements on an injector and plug I have sitting here.
The bigger cameras you can get at the local home store will never fit.
They would be good for checking the cup to see if you got it clean and
ready to install but that is about all.
You might look at a solid tube with a mirror and lens type borescope.

Probably was a REMAN (remanufactured) not a KEMAN. It appears the injector failed to close, causing an over fuelling issue which in turn melts the tip of the injector off.
