What are the specific issues? Where are the leaks etc...

the leak is from the front at the port area. at the two center bolts

What is leaking? Coolant or oil? Where is it coming from?

Seriously?

At this point it could be the rear diff leaking for all we know. Where is your leak? You can't post a question without providing some basic info.

2004 F250 PSD 6.0 late model, changed the egr cooler and the oil cooler. water pump, and radiator

looks like center of oil cooler at two bolts in the center.

i removed the intake and it is right below the throttle housing, under the test port area,

the test port has the brass nut and a plastic cap in the front center of the oil cooler housing

Did you make sure to A) put all the new o-rings in place? B) Torque all fasteners when reassembling?

If the answer is yes....then it is possible the oil cooler lid got cracked.

Yes i did the o rings and torque to spec. i did not remove the brass fitting at the test port area. do i need to remove the plastic cap and brass fitting to replace any o rings there?

If i did crack or bend the housing, can i reuse the new o rings and gaskets if not damaged?
