good morning yall , I get to leave my truck at the local ford dealer today so they can rotate my tires align my truck and balance my tires to try to alleviate the death wobble I am experiencing . They claim all front end parts are tight and in tolerance .

no this is hit a bump just right at over 50mph and the truck violently shakes from side to side until you slow down to 15 or so and it gets back to normal . the pucker factor is not good.

Oh, that wobble. I thought they fixed that. You don't have it lifted, do you? I heard somewhere that puting a lift on it can cause that.

Sounds like loose parts somewhere, Tom. That or tire balance.

Do you think tire balance would cause that, George? Sounds like something worn out/loose.

I had it in for that and they told me there were no worn or loose parts and they wanted to rotate the tires balance etc. but had to set up an appt. so this afternoon I will drop it off and drive a rental to work. ugh!

Well, hopefully they can figure something out, that's too damn dangerous to drive it like that!

I've run across unbalanced wheels start the worn parts moving. Won't stop until you slow down.

Oh and no my truck is not lifted , it has the 20 " option from the factory with the original Michelin 275/65r20 tires . I have 39000 miles on my truck so hopefully it is not a tire issue as they are pricey.
