After repair issues

I just got my truck back from shop. Things done were injectors, injection pump, rocker arms, head studs and head gaskets, ccv mod, egr delete, and 6.0 manifolds and new up pipes. The issue i'm having is prior to going in shop I had no trans issues at all. Like it never even hiccuped. Now i can't take off without it kicking while trying to go into third then throwing these codes= P0766 & P2703. I just payed an arm and a leg on this truck and now this. Help!!re

Right that's what my tuner said. It's just strange that it goes in no trans problem comes out with a trans problem. Is there anything i can check that could cause those codes or is it trans taking a dump

Yeah i called them about five min after i left. He said clear codes probably part of the relearn. I cleared them. I've done the relearn a bunch of times before and this never happened. Called him again he said maybe power difference but i'm running the 210 tune I've run the 300 tune before with no issue. So i'm sure it's not too much power. I'm going to take it back in tomorrow. Just wanted input from you guys. Don't really want to take it in and find out i need a new trans or something stupid.

Have you changed the Trans fluid lately? Is it ford sp or lv? Wrong fluid type in a 5r110w will cause sticking solenoids. It has nothing to do with the relearn.

I'm at 105,000 and i don't know if the fluid has ever been changed. I bought it at around 60,000 miles. The sp fluid is not available anymore. I've been planning to get it changed or flushed before the hpfp went out, but have read that a flush isn't recommended? I bought fluid today to drop pan and change some of it then do it again in 100 or so miles. Nobody in town had a filter though.

Ok i got a modified solenoid from empire performance engineering. Put it in and no difference. delayed going into reverse and still slams like video. I babied and got it to go into overdrive sometimes it slips terrible and the next it holds?? After codes go off I can't get it to slip at all gears 1-4? Any info would be greatly appreciated!!

You changed shift solenoid d or the pressure solenoid? Aftermarket companies make a modified pressure solenoid but I have never seen a modified shift solenoid.

Yes I changed solenoid D here's the link to the one I changed.
Empire Performance EPE-5R110S Modified Direct Clutch Solenoid
My trans fluid I drained out was pretty dark and smelled a little burnt. Although it did have 105,000 miles on it. I'm leaning to a different trans. I can't get it to shift right into 4 it slaps hard a few times then throws codes and holds 4th. It really doesn't hold 5th well if i can get it to even get there. If anyone has something else i could check that'd be great. Otherwise maybe some input as to what trans i should put in. I've been without the truck for over 2 months now. I really need this truck back and running. Thanks for all the input so far.
