I contacted an acquaintance of mine in Brazil, going to see about maybe getting some of the tricolor taillights sent up here. Anyone else interested in a set? If you are, PM me.

Wow that took me forever to type, My Girlfriend is from Itapara Brazil, and I have been struggling to learn Portuguese. So it is always fun to challenge myself and try and speak. it is cool to see the differences in the cars in Brazil as compared to here. We are going to Brazil this year and are borrowing her dads 1962 VW Bug that he bought new and will be traveling around Brazil in the old Beetle.

Our steering column is different. Our key goes into the side more.
I don't have a picture, but our column is bigger.

Hello Bruno! I really like your truck, especially the roll bar and transfer case protector. Are the taillights in this picture tinted or painted? Or are they available from the factory like that? I like the look of them! I just read through your thread, and have a few answers to your questions. The Ford Maverick was available in the USA, it is one of my favorite cars. Taxes on old cars are cheap, and they are easy to find and buy. In the northern part of the USA, where I am from, we get a lot of snow every year. We put salt on our roads to prevent ice, but the salt causes a lot of rust! Ford trucks like yours are very common, and I see many every day. Here are some pictures of my truck and car, that I think you will like. My 1985 Ford Bronco:

My 1949 ford 4 door, and the bronco.

Rust caused by salt

Gas is $2.06 and diesel is $2.79 per gallon right now, which is very cheap. My bronco has a 460 (7.5L) gas engine that has been modified, and has 500 hp, and is now a 7.7L. It gets 6 miles per gallon and I drive it every day during the summer.

I'm getting a set already!!!!
You need to find a place or person in Brazil to order and ship them to you. It seems like they have some weird rules about depositing money from one country to there as well. Maybe not this little amount but who knows.
They aren't the cheapest thing to get here either, so you better really want them.

By the time they get here, it will cost $60. Bruno and I are working out a trade.
If you can find a direct supplier then great, I couldn't, so I asked Bruno and he was gracious enough to buy them for me, and I'm looking for some parts for him.

Spktyr claimed he had a contact in Brazil to get parts from. Not sure who or how, but he was offering to get taillights for someone.

Hello my friends! can you help me?

wonder of online stores that sell good parts ford f150 for 1991 -1995 (-1992 -1998 F1000 in Brazil) may be sites that do not sell internationally, because I have a friend who lives there and can do for me!
