Factory 1964 Fleet toolboxes/ladder rack

Not sure where to post, or what they worth. Not going to use, but have these for sale off a 1/2 ton Fleet truck. If any know if worth anything, or want to buy just let me know. They are solid, No rust, or rustout. Thanks in advance.

The tool boxes and ladder rack are aftermarket, not genuine Ford parts.

Styleside = Ford / Fleetside = Chevrolet/GMC

Thanks. I understand these were what was ordered on the truck in 1964 to Mississippi Power and Lights. Not sure if installed by dealer back then, or MP&L. But are 1964 boxes. Thanks for info...

From trying to check around, guess these old boxes not worth anything, but don't want to throw them away, they are near perfect...

One of my buddies growing up in the sixties Dad was a MPL lineman. My Mom & his Mom worked in the local office. That brings back a lot of memories. Wish I could help you find a new home for them, they're damn near indestructible & infinitely useful. If I run across anybody that could use em', I'll drop you a PM. Stop by the chapter BS thread or chapter classified thread & post a link here. Somebody close might want them.

That should be the original gray paint peeking out from under what looks like two shades of green, too.

Good luck.

The side boxes were manufactured by one of several different aftermarket companies. Its possible the dealership made arrangements of having them installed by a local body distributor, or they were installed after the sale by the purchaser. Ford first offered side boxes on their pickups as an option in 1969 with the "contractor special" package, however Ford still did not manufacture the boxes.

Every member of FTE should join their local chapters. The more local people you know, the better the info is.
