front shackle is maxxed out on f350 95
so my truck came with a lift kit on it like 6 inches, and she rides pretty rough even for a older 1 ton now i put new shocks on it and really helped but then i noticed that my front shackles are maxxed out like there smashed into the frame as is the leafs are too long, are there different shackles out there i can buy or are they straight up too long, and is this whats maken my truck ride so rough

Agreed, pics would help. Most likely the life has been squeezed of the rubber bushings. The small end of the front shackle that goes up into the frame is, well, small. Ridiculously small.
A common front end upgrade is to use Superduty springs. They are similar in length from the axle to the rear spring bushing, but longer from the axle to the front spring bushing. This is why a reverse shackle kit works well with the SD spring upgrade.
If someone put in SD springs up front without correcting the mounting locations (like with a RSK or other) I think you would definately "max out" the front shackle.
When you post pics, try to get one from the side showing how the wheel/axle is centered front to back in the wheel well.

Yea those are not the right springs, either get the correct springs for it or relocate the frame end of the shackle on both sides.
You have zero suspension nothing at all up front running it like that, can see why you say its a rough ride. The front axle might as well be solid mounted it would make little difference. New shocks probably helped in the rear but up front they ain't doing a thing.

Like others side. WRONG SPRINGS
A RSK will give more lift. But by the looks of it you have Superduty lift springs which are 3-3/8 longer than OBS springs. in order for the SD springs to work correctly, you need a RSK for SD springs. PRECISION METAL FAB makes such a kit and it will only give your 2.25" over what you have now

Im curious as to how the rear is lifted. Might be wise to lower the truck to somethinv more useable, unless you want to keep it that high. If someone lifted the fro t like that they probably did some other stuff wrong. If you were to post a few pics of the front and rear suspension and steering youd get the best advice.

What bashby says. If the front is already lifted, you should probably start by removing the lift, or figure out what kind of lift it is. The PMF RSK could probably be installed and lower the front by using the new RSK and removing the current lift parts. Hopefully, the previous owner didn't install blocks up front..
