Build and price is running!

I'll pay $50K for a truck if they stuff $20K in cash in the glove box.....
Wow these things are just crazy priced now. Granted most people look at it from a monthly payment standpoint but still.....

I priced out a 14 xlt scab 4x4 5.0L 3;55 locker and the 15 xlt in the same Truck.
The 15 is higher by a good margin but some of the options I would want on the 14 I can't get.
The 15 I can get any option I wanted, so the price is affected.
I'm still not real thrilled with the overall look, inside or out on the 15 but I haven't seen one in person yet.
For now I'm just pricing and at least I can still get a decent deal of $200 over Dealers Cost, which looks like it would knock off around 4K.
The 14 came to $39800/15 is $46300, msrp on both.
Wait awhile and the lower interest rates will follow too.

I guess this whole year of talk of the great MPG 2.7 will basically only apply to fleet vehicles. A 5 foot bed in a truck is useless! I know I am not alone, but I wanted to move from a poor MPG SUV to a 2.7 that can do the same job but with better mpg. Thanks for nothing Ford...
Tinkering around with the builder now and it seems like going with an XLT model Screw 6 1/2' bed 4x4 you cannot have either Ecoboost engines (2.7 or 3.5) instead you get the 5.0L Coyote. Now I do like the Coyote just because its a lot easier to work on over the aging Modular (5.4/4.6). But why can I not have the truck I want on their build and price? Would one have to say what they want at a dealer or do you still have the red tape to go through?
