Not looking at anything serious until I dyno to see where I am at. Seriously if it tows good I am done. Just need to keep it cool. I have seen these sticks perform great with a s460 I think 471 might be a bit big.

Isn't my h2e T4.pretty sure it is. I do not want to swap the whole setup. If I do anything I will try to find a turbo that bolts to my platform.

Then again I am probably done since I think It tows good and stays cool. But more testing is in order for sure.

The H2E is a T4I mount. Not standard T4. So any S300 or S400 series charger will require "custom" work to bolt up to the T4I mount. When I say custom, I just mean a T4I turbine housing. All S300 and S400 series chargers come out of the box with either T3, T4, or T6 housings on them depending on the charger.

An S460 doesn't exist, but I'm guessing that you mean an S466 or somewhere along those lines? An S466 is what I'm running on my OBS right now. I started out running it with 160/80s and it towed/ran like a dream. I'm running it with 238/100s now while I build an engine for it and it's still a good charger for these injectors. Definitely be able to run a little larger turbo with 275/200s, just have to spec the exhaust side for your manual trans.. Personally, I think the S467 FMW would be an awesome turbo for it, but it only comes with T4 housings on it, so it's out of the question.

Now on the t4i mount the "I" means inverted like the exh housing is backwards?
Just asking here .sucks that there aren't any options. But hey, I bet it runs great pulling that house anyway!

The T4i mounting flange is larger. IIRC, the T4 flange is like 3 1/4" wide by 2 3/4" tall measuring to the bolt holes. The T4i is like 3 1/2" wide by 2 3/4" tall measuring the bolt holes. I've heard of people using a T4 charger on a T4I mount by enlarging two bolt holes. I'm sure it could be done without too much trouble if I remembered those measurements correctly.

Also the T4i housings seem to have a longer snail on the turbine housing. The t4i housings seem to sit up taller than a regular T4. That usually comes in handy for having more space to bolt down the turbo, but it also usually means the turbo doesn't spool quite as quickly as a T4 housing.

Sorry I did mean the s466.
I haven't done much research yet mainly because I just did these mods and they seem just fine right now.

But it does sound like my best option to run this platform would be to modify the h2e.
money I don't have right now. Lol.

Either mod the H2E into a 71mm or contact Swamps or Irate.

I know Swamps was doing a lot of Borg Warner turbos (S400s and S300) with T4I housings on them for H2E kits. I'm sure they still do that even though they carry Irate mounting kits now. The Sledgehammer on Cody's pulling truck is S400 based with a T4I housing on it.

Irate deals with Pius at Bell Turbo. Pius has put together a bunch of S300 series chargers with T4I housings on them, especially back when WOP was still around.

I wish our stock connecting rods could hold up with compounds.. makes for nice towing setups. Lol. I'd stuff a 75 or an 80 on my SD with my S365 if the rods would hold up.
