I bought a brand new monster snowblower last year, and it barely snowed at all. Worked like a charm!LOL

I have one, snows quite well even when I have it all prepped... It works well on shooting blower motors for distance too... I shredded one flower pot and sucked a full size sheet of plywood in too...

My neighbor two miles south of me had his truck stolen a few days ago and it was even parked in his shed 100yd's from his house! They also had caught a kid trying to steal fuel two weeks ago and The sheriff was involved in that also. The keys have literally never have been out of my trucks but doesn't seem like a good idea now and for gas I have a driveway beeper and will gladly hold them until the sheriff arrives.

Seems to be a lot of that going on lately. Not sure if it is joy riding or if they are actually looking to make money from the actions.

It was a bit cool at the office, but I don't have to work out in it any more... Now yesterday I had to do a quick rescue run for my sister, as she sheared off the lugs on the dually. Looks like it took a while to actually break them off. Now she has a half dually.. One side has duals, the other is a straight until I get the studs and nuts to fix it. She is damn lucky I had a parts truck to yank the hub and such off of to get her going. Otherwise would have been a lot harder to get moving again from the side of the road...

At least it was on the side away from traffic. Highway 6 at the Amanas is typically fairly busy, but not horribly so.

Good cold morning everyone, hope your batteries hold up!

Well, a few factors... First, we recently put different tires on it, so the lug nuts had been disturbed, and she only rechecked them once. Second, it runs a 1/4" spacer to keep the sidewalls from rubbing running a little taller tire. Then, the inside tire apparently has a leak somewhere, as it keeps going down, and she doesn't seem to care if it will shred, as she was running with it flat. So it apparently worked loose, then the spacer went away, (aluminum) and then it wobbled a bit as she pulled off to the side. Didn't quite get to the point of dropping it to the ground, but damned close.

Ah, I see. Well, seems she was just asking for trouble, then.

They found my neighbors truck in southern IA completely destroyed. It was driven off road though multiple properties with damage to them also. The guy in the failed gas theft is there primary suspect but since they only have his tags and those were unlikely his I have my doubts that they will catch the thief. I'd like to say that if it had been me with the gas thief I'd have held them there at at gun point if necessary until the sheriff got there but with the way it is now I'd probably just get sued. Even with it being a Chevy they used to hang horse thieves, that's overly harsh but you should at least half to repay what you intentionally damage. That would be real justice.
