There's domestic desiel in chino hills and another one in san Jacinto that's been featured in desiel power magazeine even norco desiel repair, I know the 2 in chino and norco specialize in 6.0's both have good reputations I know nothing about the one in san Jacinto. But you could probably go to a ford dealer even maybe

 

Did they put a 4" downpipe on the van? I'm not not sure on a van, but on the F series any one who installed a 4" downpipe had to tunnel the firewall for clearance, If that down pipe is touchin somewhere it can resinate threw out the system.

 

Sounds like the downpipe is rubbing

 

I never thought about checking the down tube for contact with the body of the van. I won't be able to check till Wednesday but that the first thing I'm doing! Will let you know what I find.
