Am I reading this right?
according to this my truck should have a 38 gal fuel tank.
FUEL TANK: — Capacity 29.0 Gal. (109 L) With 141.8″ WB SuperCab/156.2″ WB Crew Cab;
38.0 Gal. (143 L) With Regular Cab/158″ WB SuperCab/172.4″ WB Crew

just did some quick math MTE/current MPG and came up with around 34gal left wich would be close to right and would make sense then.

I had two reg cab long box with v-10 both trucks had 38gal. they were 2000 and 2003 model yr

Run it down close to empty and see if it takes more than 30 gallons to fill it. Hard to fit 30 gallons in a 29 gallon tank that still has fuel in it.
