I have an 03 expy with the 5.4L 2V and was a little disappointed with the power. I saw the spec of 300hp and 365 torque for the new 5.4L 3V engine for the F150s and I was wondering if that makes a big difference or compared to the older engine? I know the naviagtor has about that power and on the expy forum people were saying there isn't much difference at all. Anyone know if Ford plans on putting this new 5.4 into the expys as well? Is it possible to replace the top end on the old 2V engine to make it 3V? I am not sure if it's possible, what this would involve, and if it would be worth the effort.
