Diagnosis help after injector install

Diagnosis help after injector install
I was having a starting issue after the truck sat, as well as getting oil in the fuel filter. The injector O-rings were the diagnosis, I then decided to replace the injectors with Remaned 160/30 single shots.
The install went very well, and the truck fired right up after purging the system. The chip was updated for the single shots and reinstalled at the same time.
The good news is the starting problem is fixed. Not sure on the oil in fuel issue yet. Just did this two weeks ago.
The bad news: now the truck has a very lumpy idle that gets worse as the truck gets warmer, a hesitation/mis at low RPM worst around 1,100 RPM. The injectors are so loud I feel my nerve driving at low speeds in my community, it's so bad I don't really even want to drive the truck anymore. I also have a cyl 8 contribution fault now that I never had before. This all started right away, I've driven the truck about 150 miles since the install.
So far I've disconnected the chip to see what it would do. It still idles poorly as expected, but the injector noise is greatly reduced. I have sent some data logs to the tuner and currently the chip is going back for some throttle angle tweeks, but nothing else looked off.
I've done a buzz test, I do not hear anything abnormal here is a video of it:
Here is a video of the idle and then the mis as I bring the RPM's up, you can also compare the injector noise in this video with the chip in with the next video with the chip removed. Both are sitting in the drivers seat doors closed, windows open.
Chip removed:
Here is a video of the exhaust and hesitation as I stab the throttle from idle. This might be a little skewed since this was right after a CCT.
What I'm looking for is some diagnosis help for when the chip gets back. I have AE, and Torque, and have a fairly good understanding of how things work.
I was trying to fix something and now caused problems. The truck is a 2000 auto with 240k on it. Normal mods: Exhaust, 6637, FRx, Comp housing/wheel, chip.
Thank you and sorry for the long post.

You said you sent the chip back for adjustment. Hopefully that's all you need. If you have the same problem when you get it back, then it's not likely a tuning problem. Who did you get your chip from? There are a couple of well reputable tuners out there, but even the the best of the best have that <1% that just isn't quite right.
It's good that you are trying to be proactive, but you can't really do too much until you have the chip back in and pull data. (assuming you didn't have the PCM re-flashed to accommodate the single shots)

Thanks for the responses. They are Full Force injectors bought through a local dealer. Tuner is DP, Jody has been very helpful. I did the CCT test in drive, I only today read about the PerDel values in Tugly's post, and yes I have an inferred thermometer I can check the manifold temps with. Not sure what color CPS I will find out. I know there's not much I can do right now, but I wanted some ideas and things to stress over I mean think about till I get the chip back.

I am currently running Industrial Injection's Stage II split shot. I'm pretty happy with them, but if I were to do it again I would go with single shot. You can more power with single shots while putting less of a load on the HPOP. Some people find going from the factory split shot to factory singe shot to be enough of an upgrade.

Sheesh - my name is all over the place here. Is that how it's gunna be? Problems with a reman stick? Get Tugly on its ***. Say that three times fast.
That buzz sounded like a mix of snappy and not. You have a dud, and no amount of tuning will straighten it out. That #8 fail could be a CPS, but one hole doesn't sound right. Have you done the UVCH due diligence? What torque did you set on the injector bolts - calibrated elbow or a torque wrench setting? Did you re-torque when hot before buttoning up? Did you watch the oil spouts for discharge at idle? What do the PERDELs look like?
Your IPR is stable, which is good. Your FIPW is all over the place - not so good... the PCM is trying to compensate for the problem. You have the buggy AE version that needs these corrections any time you pull up FIPW or vehicle speed:
FIPW - Scale factor 10.
Vehicle Speed - Scale factor 256.
Once you do that, the readings will be accurate.

Tugly, I read a lot of your info for installing the injectors, and yes I did torque to 120 Inlbs. then ran engine till warm and retorqued, got about another 1/4 turn on each one. Oil spouts all looked good while engine was warming up. I have not yet double checked the UVCH. PERDEL's are something I'm just learning about(thanks to your post) and haven't checked yet. As soon as the chip is back I will.
white Buffalo, That exhaust video is with the chip in.
I really appreciate all the responses!
What I would like to do is check and rule out as many things as possible that way when I go back again to the dealer I bought the injectors from, I'm in the best possible position for getting things taken care of quickly. I need the truck, and do not have the time to be swapping injectors in and out. If all things lead back to the injectors, then I'm going to purpose returning this set paying the difference and getting new AC's. (I know Tugly you told me not to go down this road in another thread)

rlozer,
Does this sound similar to your situation?
choppy high idle program with ICP steady at around 550, Fuel PW jumps around from .6 to 2.0. Seems like its trying to correct for something.
