Truck is brand new and randomly when I turn it on the radio will say it is playing but you can't hear anything. I have to cut the truck off and then back on for it to start working again. Whenever it does this I notice that the time has lagged behind also. Any suggestions? I have the touch screen dash.

Contact your dealer . There may be a flash to fix that or a known issue . If a new truck, it should be covered ...
