Generally if you see fluid on the back side of the brake cylinder that's the proplem, axle seal leaks tend to show more around the lip of the brake drum but the best way to tell is to pull the tire off and look and even if it's obvious that it's a axle seal gently pull back the cups on the wheel cylinder and make sure they are not leaking as well

Like said, 1st have to ID the leaking fluid. There is a smell and feel difference in gear lube (some say it stinks) and its thicker than brake fluid.
Brake fluid, its clearer and thinner between the fingers than gear fluid. Stick your finger in the master cylinder to get a fresh reminder.
Dana 60 full floater right? Might be a D61?? If so the short of it is you have to pull the leaking side rear axle shaft out to get the brake drum off, to get to the brake cylinder and or the axle seal.
Needing a 2 9/16 socket comes to mind. Can probably rent it from the parts store?
Figure out what fluid it is 1st.
Can't just pop of the brake drum like a 1/2 ton, dang.
