No it's not a "deluxe" as you call it...the teeth were an option in 1953 that was probably a custom cab thing, I'm guessing.
The terminology BJ is using is correct. Ford did not come out with the terms "Custom Cab" until 1955. The cabs with all the options were called "Deluxe Cabs". the cheapo models were called Standard Cabs.

In 51 - 52 I believe the standard cab was called 5 Star and the deluxe was called 5 Star Extra.
