Heh heh heh.....

For driving on I-285 here in Atlanta, I just bought me a chrome Wolo model 418 air horn. Got it this week-end. Attached it to my compressor (not ready for what was in store...) and honked it....OH-MY-GAWD...it literally HURT my ears!!....my wife lost her teeth (and they ain't even FALSE!!).

Directions state that the compressor "has" to mount in the cab....can't I mount it in the engine compartment with the horn?

Watch out little ole ladies......

 

Just be careful, if its so loud it causes an accident you're liable!

Indeed indeed...but YOU know how traffic is here in Atlanta!!....I'll keep the "in-town" horn connected for use in town...I'm mainly interested in the gore and mayhem that happens weekly on highway 20 between Cartersville and Canton - a "well known" stretch that all the police and ambulances know about. The 120 decibel monster will get some attention and perhaps save a life or two.

Ya' know..in the 3 years I've driven this stretch, I've seen more fatalities than in my 30 years of driving the interstates?...
