New to a ford here! I need some help.
So i just bought a lifted f250, with the 5.4 gas engine): but it got her for a real nice price! Anyways, it is a 2WD going into a conversion into a 4WD. Has a Dana 60 straight axle, rear end is a sterling 1/4 with f350 front and rear suspension. What do i need to source so i can make this into a 4wd, i know i need a divorced transfer case , front driveshaft and a cross support for Tcase. Any help would really be appreciated.

Joe you need to get the trans tailshaft adaptor for the transfer case, if you want to keep your current trans, Advance adaptors sells what you need. the transfer case goes right on, no mounts or brackets, get the front drive shaft, and front axle, try to match the gears in you rear now it will save money. If you locate the axle im sure they will part with the steering componets, springs and spring mounts. the holes in the frame are already there, you just have to locate the front end parts. it would be a fun project to do and easy. your wallet may hurt but just like anything else. First locate parts, maybe a totaled truck or something like that. then we go from there
