Just pull the headliner down in the back, you'll see it staring at you dead center, simply reconnect and you're good to go.

My problem was the headliner hose at the rear of the truck. Somehow it had come loose and was leaking winshield washer fluid everywhere. I believe I might've posted a thread on it too, but I think it was somewhere in the "What did you do to your X?" thread.

x2, they will just pull loose, I used a small zip tie on both of mine after they kept coming loose, 3yrs later, zero issues

I have some additional info for this thread...and some pics! Mine stopped working this past year, and while replacing back glass I got mine fixed. I had leaks in two places. One in the floorboard, and one above the back hatch:
Starting with the engine compartment...
The rubber boot here is a common leak spot. The rubber breaks down, or the hose comes unplugged. Mine was just unplugged.
The hose that runs the length of the floorboard before going up to the overhead in the back, is a "hard line". It is a hard plastic line that is all one piece. It will not leak unless something pinches, crushes or cuts it. Unlike the rubber junctions and boots in the system, this will likely never give you problems.
Inside the ceiling and just forward of the rear hatch is a one-way valve (check ball and spring) that links the "hard line" running from the front of the truck to the soft line that goes through the bulkhead to the hatch. Mine was very brittle and broke on me with only minimal pressure exerted on it. I replaced it with a small vacuum boot splice. I suspect I might have problems with the line staying primed or with it draining back to the reservoir, but I could not find a part number for that little check valve anywhere.
After reconnecting the boot up front, and repairing the worn soft line in the back, everything is working as it should again.
